Our nation has a sacred duty to care for veterans injured in honorable service. Our nation has a sacred duty to care for the widow and orphan of those who died in honorable service. This is our duty as a nation and a promise made to every man and woman who takes the oath to defend the United States of America from all enemies, foreign and domestic.
Welcome. My name is Sean Ravin, and I am an attorney with offices in Washington DC and Coral Gables, Florida with over 15 years of experience representing veterans and dependents in their fight for VA disability and death benefits. I only practice veterans benefits law. I do not practice Social Security law or accident/injury law. My mind is focused on representing veterans and dependents in their fight for VA benefits. I review each case personally and have significant experience representing veterans with claims for mental disabilities, musculoskeletal disorders, and total disabilities which cause individual unemployability.
My law practice is located in Washington D.C. in close proximity to the Board of Veterans Appeals ("Board"or
"BVA"), the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims ("Veterans Court"), and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit ("Federal Circuit"). Additionally, I personally review and work on each and every case. As a solo practitioner, I am the only lawyer in my office, but I'm blessed with the assistance of three, highly trained paralegals who have worked with me for years.
Your case will receive my personal attention, and you will always speak with me about the status of your claim and appeal. Your case will not be assigned to different attorneys in my office, and I am always available to speak personally with my clients.
